Consultations
Do I need a consultation?
Yes. Every treatment starts with a consultation, where we assess your skin and health history and agree a plan before anything is booked.
How much is a consultation?
It costs £50, at 96 Harley Street. What happens at a consultation
Who will I see?
Emel Samuels or a member of her team. You will always know who is treating you and their training.
Will I be told if a treatment is not right for me?
Yes. We will tell you if we would advise against a treatment, or if another approach would suit you better.
Treatments and safety
Is there an age limit?
We do not treat anyone under 18.
Can I have treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We do not carry out aesthetic treatments during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Will I see results straight away?
It depends on the treatment. Some change is visible early; many treatments build over weeks or months. Results vary from person to person.
What happens after treatment?
We give you written aftercare and a review where it is part of your plan. You can contact us with any concern.
Booking and payment
How do I book?
Do you take a deposit?
A deposit may be needed to secure some appointments. We tell you the amount when you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rebook. With less notice, your deposit may be kept. Terms and conditions
Where can I see prices?
All treatment prices are on our prices page. Your plan and its total cost are agreed at consultation.

When are you open?
Monday to Friday 11:00 to 20:00, Saturday 13:00 to 18:00. Closed on Sunday.
