How it works
What a session involves
Rather than treating one feature at a time, Emel maps the whole face and neck and places small amounts of hyaluronic acid filler where structure has been lost. It is a non-surgical treatment and does not replace a surgical facelift; the aim is balance, not a different face.

Areas, products and amounts are agreed in writing before any treatment is booked.

The session
Filler is placed with fine needles or cannulas; the session takes around 90 minutes.

We review you after about two weeks, once the filler has settled.

Is it right for you?
The Liquid Facelift is not suitable for everyone. Your consultation covers your health history, medicines, allergies and previous fillers. We do not treat during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and we will tell you if another approach would suit you better.

Questions
The honest answers
No. It is a non-surgical treatment using dermal fillers. It does not lift skin in the way surgery does, and we explain the difference at your consultation.
Hyaluronic acid fillers are gradually broken down by the body. Many people find the effect lasts between nine and eighteen months, depending on the areas and products used.
Swelling, tenderness or bruising for a few days is common. We give you written aftercare and explain what to avoid while the filler settles.
