Face
Rosacea laser,
for redness and veins.
The Fotona Nd:YAG laser is used to reduce the look of redness, rosacea, facial veins, broken capillaries and cherry angiomas. Every treatment starts with a consultation, where we assess your skin and the cause of redness.
Results vary from person to person.
How it works
What a session involves
The laser targets the small blood vessels that cause visible redness, which the body then gradually clears. Most people need a course of sessions, and triggers such as sun and heat still matter.
-
Consultation
We assess the redness or veins, review your health history and carry out a patch test.
-
The session
The laser is passed over the area with cooling; around 30 minutes.
-
Aftercare
Mild redness or swelling may last a day or two; daily sunscreen is essential.
-
Review
We review your skin between sessions and adjust settings.
