Skin boosters
PRP,
from your own blood.
PRP, platelet-rich plasma, uses a concentrate prepared from a small sample of your own blood to support skin renewal on the face, neck and under-eyes, and hair density on the scalp. Every treatment starts with a consultation, where we assess your skin or scalp and agree a tailored course.
Results vary from person to person.
How it works
What a session involves
We take a small blood sample and spin it in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma. This plasma, which contains growth factors, is then injected or applied with microneedling into the skin or scalp. It is designed to support collagen production, skin quality and follicle health.
-
Consultation
We assess your skin or scalp, review your health history and explain the full procedure.
-
The session
A small blood sample is taken, processed in a centrifuge and applied by injection or microneedling.
-
Aftercare
Mild redness or tenderness may last up to 48 hours; we give you clear aftercare guidance.
-
Review
We review progress after a few weeks; hair treatments usually take two to three months.

Before you book
Is it right for you?
PRP is not suitable for everyone. At consultation we review your health history, including blood disorders, use of blood thinners, infections, skin conditions and medicines. We do not treat during pregnancy, and some conditions may mean another option is more appropriate.

Questions
The honest answers
For facial PRP we apply numbing cream first, and for scalp treatments we use gentle techniques. Most people find any discomfort mild and short-lived.
For the face, some people notice improved radiance within about two weeks. For hair, any new growth usually becomes visible two to three months after starting a course.
Many people find effects last around nine to twelve months, depending on individual factors. Maintenance sessions may help extend them, and we discuss this at review.
